I think we need to start a fund so that Joe can buy one of these for the HAZ Armory. This would be great for Search & Rescue functions. Think of the incredible aerial photos Joe could post.

The 8-minute flying time will need improvement for most real-life applications. But it looks like a cool technology that could have many uses, including military and law enforcement.

Yeah but at 37mph it could go 5 miles "as the crow flies" in that 8 minutes. Except then a team would have to go out and retrieve it.
