Battle Axe/White Canyon area 11/28

After all my 4x4 trips out that way and especially my last few adventures on The Spine and Peak 2939 I'm finding more and more places of interest in the Battle Axe/White Canyon/Walnut Canyon area. With that in mind I'll be going out in that general again on Monday 11/28.

Here's the deal, the plan will be fluid until Monday for a couple reasons...
1. I'm still in the process of listing the various possibilities
2. Depends on how many (if anyone) joins in.

If only one other person is coming along (or others with very capable 4x4's) I'll take my Samurai and go into less-accessible areas.

If more than one would like to join in but do not have a serious 4x4 then I'll take my Pathfinder into slightly more-accessible areas. If this is the case, I can take 3 more comfortably, 4 if the three in the back seat are close friends. ;)

Now for the less fluid part of the event...
The plan is to leave the East Mesa area (Recker/Brown) by 6 am

For general questions that may benefit others contemplating this drive/hike, feel free to respond in this thread. For anything else PM'ing me is fine. I'd like to finalize participants by 7 pm Sunday evening.

BTW, I'll be out hiking all day Saturday so don't expect responses during that time period.
