Photography Events featuring HAZ Photogs

Post by hippiepunkpirate »

I figure this thread can be a general one to announce photography events featuring HAZ photogs....I'll start it off with a couple of my own:

I'm happy to announce that I will be hosting my own photography show during the Phoenix First Friday Art Walk later this week!

Where: Studio 8 (Grand Ave and McKinley - storefront is on McKinley)
When: This Friday (Jan. 6) from 6pm-10pm
What: Matted photos and framed prints on display and for sale

Come down and say hi!

Also, Joel Hazelton and I both have photos in a juried exhibition at Method Art in downtown Scottsdale from January 3rd to February 25th, with the "opening night" reception at the gallery being the evening of January 19th, which we are both planning on attending :)

Very cool. :) For the Scottsdale Show, are you in the 5th Ave area or Old Town? (North or South of Indian School Rd)?

It's an artsy thing in Scottsdale. I'm not sure you even have to wear clothes. But that's a different HAZ thread that I probably shouldn't resuscitate. :sl: :scared: I should probably get my best overalls drycleaned. Hope I don't have to fight off too many Cougars. But they will probably all be going after Joel & HPP. ;) Do you two young uns know how to handle yourselves? Whoops that doesn't sound right. I'm sure you do. Do you two know how to handle aggressive cougars? I would tell you to HAZmail me for tips, but I ain't got nothing to tell you.

:y: What a great idea Jake, I like the ability to go to a thread and find out where we can go to view the works by HAZ members. Wish you the best on your showing Friday and I hope to be able to make it.

Thanks for all positively everyone! Can't wait to meet some more HAZers in person!

@Randal Schulhauser On my website I've posted my most recent versions of the two Method Art photos...for the First Friday show I'm doing select framed prints in various sizes, as well as some matted 8x10s and 5x7s. I won't list the selections, but I will say that my most recent version of "Electric Chocolate" will be presented in an 18x24 :)
