Hello!
Looking to day TREK in YAVAPAI COUNTY, Prescott area with at least semi-forested however, little hiking elevation/climbing. I'm recovering from injuries/surgeries and am in Physical Therapy.
Also, I would love to find some outdoor mates willing to go slow or in the same (recovery) predicament as I.
(I am simply not a park walker.)
Hope someone out there knows some info or someone.
Cheers!

I'd say West Lake Trail in Granite Basin area or Lynx Lake loop.

Re: Prescott Beginner: Winter Day Trek
Black Canyon Trail was pretty nice. If you want to start with the forested area and go in as far as you're comfortable hiking, I would recommend starting at the FR413 side.
