I noticed that the Meetup.com group in Tucson, the X hiking group, has scheduled The Pillars for February 12th... this is a really fun canyoneering hike... and if anyone has been waiting for a group to go, this might be their opportunity?

You'd probably have to sign up for the Meetup group, or just follow them up the drainage?

Re: The Pillars
Are you going? That looks like a sweet hike!

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty & well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, totally worn out & proclaiming, "Wow What a Ride!"

Re: The Pillars
I'd love to... but, it would be a 400+ mile drive for me to get over there!! Next time I hit Tucson I'll be doing it!!Outdoor Lover wrote:Are you going? That looks like a sweet hike!
