Callin' all Canyoneers (and wanna be canyoneers) The Hiking shack is proud to present Todd Martin and his presentation on his book "Grand Canyoneering" All are invited to attend. Todd should start around 7:15 tomorrow Nite 2/10/12. Come by and get some first hand knowledge of some little known canyons. Our instructors will be here to answer questions as well

I was at Summit Hut the other day and someone bought this book, and while they were talking to the guy at the counter, it was mentioned that you can't get the book anywhere near the GC because it is 'verboten'.

Although I know how something like that could happen, I don't have the whole story. Anyone care to enlighten me?

Been to one of these last year, would like to go to another but alas I'll be busy driving to the Grand Canyon for some more canyoneering using beta from Todd's book.
