During long hikes (8+miles) my feet start to feel bruised and it can take up to 3 days before the muscles in my feet are not sore.
Is this normal or do I need to look for hiking boots with some more arch support?
My feet hurt....

This time it came back with a vengeance. Only on the left foot, though. I really have to stay off it. Ibuprofen, at least the brand available here, does not seem to work. It feels like an injury, not a condition.
