I need help identifying a spent round that I found at the base of Cave Creek Dam. I have two other pics. one of the base and one of the business end. I'll post them next

- It said 9mm on the base. I think it's a flare but I've never seen one of this type

I did an exercise once with the Yuma PD, where they fired cotton wad blanks, that way you could tell if you'd been hit or not ...
