Help Save Flat Denny by hiking Mt. Union 5/18

So I made a bet with a few people and if I can get 50 people to sign Flat Denny....I get a case of Dale's If I don't, Flat Denny gets 3 clips of hard to find ammo . I have 5 months to win...are you in on the first of a few random events.

Does the bet require you to hike with these people or can you just do Piestewa or camelback and get all of your signatures in one shot?

this one is less than 4 miles RT depending on the route taken....others may be shorter and some will be looooonger.

I've hiked with lots of people on HAZ (over 70 partners) ranging in age from teenagers to 60's and usually don't need to plot to get people to hike with me...most of the time

Hey, I've met Denny! Back then, he was normal, not flat.

So if you look at the top you will see this is hiking mt union on 5/18. I will be doing it more than once this day to accommodate different schedules including the real Denny. I will also do a side trip to Davis. There are on trail and offtrail options and differing start times. Details will be posted soon.

Flat Denny needs to come hike the Canyon, I know there are 3 of us up here who will help annihilate...I mean sign him...but if worse comes to worse I know a great place for target practice over by Red Butte

There will also be another hike probably in June......to.......wait for it...........DENNY MOUNTAIN also in the Prescott area.

As for this hike 5/18, I am thinking of two start times the first being 8am and the second about 10am. The second one will include Mt. Davis for those who want to bag the less prominent peak named for the Confederate President Jefferson Finis Davis.
