I-17 Desert Snowman
Wondering if anyone knows if this is "The Ghost of Construction Projects Past" on the southbound side of I-17 climbing out of the Verde Valley? Next time by I'm going to slow down to get a better shot of it.

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty & well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, totally worn out & proclaiming, "Wow What a Ride!"

It's obviously Big Foot.

Understand, when you eat meat, that something did die. You have an obligation to value it - not just the sirloin but also all those wonderful tough little bits.

Possibly. But I can't say more. Somebody contact SyFy channel to investigate ...

Did you just randomly point the camera out the window and catch this?
If not then you knew it was there already.
That being said, you said you would stop and check it out next time....but why?
Because you know it's there and you don't have to stop because you've already stopped once when you put it there.
I rest my case....

In other words I will not fall prey to any of you and go down the road to ruin... ;)

Hard to go down a road you've (apparently) been parked on most of your life... As long as you hike on it, you're probably safe !!

I caught it out of the corner of my eye while driving past it on Saturday. Mentioned it to Joe and he thought I was crazy. Thanks for the picture!

No, it was not a random picture, but we were going ~60mphAlston Neal wrote:Did you just randomly point the camera out the window and catch this?

I saw it two weeks ago out of the corner of my eye and wasn't exactly sure where it was, so I was lucky to catch it at all!

Just because the snowman is real does NOT mean that Joe is wrong. That is faulty logic. You probably are crazy.coanbru wrote:@paulhubbard

This guy/gal has been there for years. He/she was wearing a high-visibility vest for quite some time, but he/she took it off a while back.
You must have a quick reaction time because you only get a couple seconds to look at it if you're going the speed limit. Just remember the 4000ft sign and you'll see it every time.
