ATA Members Rendezvous

Mark your calendars now for the ATA’s Annual Members Rendezvous. It will be held from Friday, October 5th to Sunday, October 7th at, of course, the Mormon Lake Lodge. There is an item up for bid in the silent auction at the Rendezvous that might be of interest to AZT hikers-

Trail Angel- shuttle service between any two trailheads. An experienced Arizona Trail hiker will meet you at any trailhead and shuttle you to any other official trailhead on the AZT.

Bids can be sent to Gateway@aztrail.org, bidding closest at 6 pm October 6th.

Arizona Trail Annual Rendezvous 2013

If the dog days of summer have got you down, just think about hiking, running and riding through the cool pines south of Flagstaff on September 27- 29 when the Arizona Trail Rendezvous returns. Featuring three days of Arizona Trail activities and events, the Rendezvous is the greatest gathering of AZT folks and YOU should be there!

This year’s Rendezvous features a silent auction for the benefit of the ATA, including:

-- Garmin handheld GPS unit and Arizona Trail preprogrammed data card
-- Family adventure package for a float trip for four down the Colorado River
-- Zapotec wool rug from Oaxaca, Mexico
-- Original photographs from famous Southwestern photographers

-- (2) Trail Angel offers to shuttle a hiker/biker between any two trailheads on the ANST.
-- (1) Trail Angel offer to cache up to three water drops at various locations
-- New NcMurdo 201 Fast Find Personal Locator w/GPS
-- New Wenzel Sleeping Bag, 30 deg, extra long, 33" x78"
-- New REI Dome tent for two persons.
