"Whistler's Way" Book
Has anyone read "Whistler's Way" by William Monk (aka Whistler)? I'm reading it now and it's really interesting. Details his 2019 hike on the PCT. I've done part of the Camino Frances in Spain, but through-hiking is another league. Interesting to see the differences. A great read!

Re: "Whistler's Way" Book
@PhxRiles I haven't but I will now! I did recently read another PCT-related book called Crunch, by Daniel Winsor. It chronicles the Sierra portion of his late-Spring 2017 thru-hike when the route was still buried under several feet of snow and encumbered by torrential creek crossings and the threat of avalanches. His determination to be true to his goal and his ethic of hiking an honest hike in the face of incomprehensible adversity (for me, anyway) is at once admirable and gravely concerning.
