I just heard on the Fox's news the remains of Michael Ijams was found in Secert Canyon Wilderness. Anyone else heard anything?

Just that it appears to be an accident. He was apparently off trail. News said there was no evidence that it was a murder.

I wonder if he was one of our HAZ members. Did anyone know him?

I hope his passing was painless and peaceful. I guess going while out doing something you love is not a bad way to go.

That's the way I want to leave this world, deep in the wilderness. However, I hope that won't be for another few decades.
