Amount of water in Buckskin Gulch
Planning to hike the Gulch next weekend (June 24-26, 2005). Would like to know what to expect for water in the Gulch. Appreciate hearing from any recent hikers...

Heard a recent (3-4 days old) report that there were NO pools last week... some mud here and there but no pools.
The Kanab BLM office might have further data.

Buckskin Gulch
Just got back from a 3 day adventure exploring the slots. Daily late afternoon showers this past week have started a water flow through the gulch. Rock-hopped across many flooded sections and got plenty soaked and muddy through some others!
