3 or 4 days in Colorado
We're thinking of taking a 3 or 4 day backpacking trip into Colorado. Does anyone have any good information on trails or where to get information on trails? Preferably around the Denver area and something not too easy. Any information would be helpful. Thanks.

The choices and the crowds are a lot better if you're willing to get away from Denver, which doesn't take that long to do. The closest really good hiking is Rocky Mountain National Park and Indian Peaks Wilderness, both of which will be packed.
There are many wilderness areas where you can find great scenery and solitude as well. My favorites are Weminuche and Uncompahgre, but those are more SW. The Sangre de Cristos are fairly reachable. From what I've seen, you really can't go wrong with any CO wilderness.
