As of this posting, NF Websites do not confirm this, but KTAR is reporting that Coconino, Apache-Sitgreaves, Coronado and Prescott NFs are lifting fire restrictions beginning tomorrow (Friday 7/20).
Tonto and Kaibab restrictions will continue, but the Kaibab closure has been lifted.
