chevelon canyon backpack, starting at the area where Chevelon creek enters the lake from the South side. this is a fly fishing trip so we'll set up camp somewhere along the creek bottom and hike back out on Sunday. leaving Fountain Hills on Saturday morning at 8am. PM for details.

Awesome, gotta love fishing and lounging creekside, esp when you have fresh fish cooked over an open flame! (Apache-Sitgreaves hasn't to this point anyways put any fire restrictions up)

For the past two days (Thursday and Friday) We have had rain all afternoon and evening in Payson after they have moved off the rim. We have received .75 inches in the past two days. Really heavy rain yesterday late afternoon and steady all evening today and night.
