Encinoso Falls
Last year in February and March the falls were flowing heavily. I was down in that area about 2 weeks ago and saw them flowing at a low to moderate level. Did anyone see them flowing this year at a level that approached last year? The snow pack never got as thick as last year so it seems that they probably did not flow very heavily this year. Maybe things will turn around.
