Best Tucson hikes for flowers/grasses/green growth?

Does anyone know if there are any trails in the Tucson area (can be up to 100 miles away if it is that nice but closer is better) where there are/will be nice wildflowers , green grasses or just nice green growth now or in the near future? I have been in the area a couple years now but do not really know when this stuff tends to happen around here (so many trails!) and would love to see some nice spots, any recommendations would be great, I have 4x4 so that would not be an issues. I have really only seen the butterfly trail area when it gets really green and that was nice.. also the riperian area next to patagonia lake was ok, but I feal like there are some spots I just dont know about, like some grasslands maybe that will be green this year because of the rain.

The stuff near Redington pass should be pretty green this spring. Another place to try is out near Kitt Peak...

Also try Happy Valley on the far side of the Rincons - Miller Creek will probably have some flow in it not far from the trailhead. Probably best to check out early March, depending on whether the warm weather sticks...

Or, hike along Cienega Creek. You need to get a permit from Pima County Natural Resources Parks and Recreation - but that's a beauty. No trail - but amazing green!
