Whip por whils

Last year in the Gila, I liked being able to hear the Arizona or Southwestern Whip por whil. Does anyone know of locations in Arizona to hear them? They are supposed to be just about anywhere in the forested areas of the state, and in similar locations in New Mexico south of I-40, but I have only heard them twice in areas west of the Mississippi, and both of those times were in the Gila.
