Romero#8-Mt Lemmon#5-Sutherland#6

Has anyone hiked up to Romero Pass from Catalina State Park, then up Mt Lemmon Trail #5 then back down to CSP via the Sutherland Trail? I've recently hiked to Summerhaven via this route, but I'd like to do this 'super loop' ending up back in the park. I've seen people do it the other way, but I keep loosing the Sutherland Trail in the park. I figure coming down I can always bushwack back to the trailhead if I have to :roll:

If anyone wants to join me, I'm thinking of doing it this Saturday or Sunday 04/02/2011 or 04/03/2011

No, have just done Romero Trail to Wilderness of Rocks to Marshall Gulch. Sounds fun. Wish I had time.

Should be fun. I've always come down Romero but I've done Sutherland on other occasions. It's a little more rocky but should be pretty awesome.
