Midweek fitness hikes

Looking for a hiker(s) who might want to join me for some quick fitness run/hikes on Tuesday or Wednesday mornings. I run a variety of routes including Praying Hands (3.6 miles), Siphon Draw from McKellips TH (3 miles), Wind Cave (3 miles), Pass Mountain from Meridian TH up to saddle(4 miles), Pass Mountain Loop from Meridian TH(8 miles), Hackberry Spring Loop from First Water TH (5 miles) or any other nearby hike that can be completed in about 1-2 hours. I run longer routes as sunrise times get earlier into summer. Right now, I'm running the 3-5 mile routes. I typically arrive at the chosen TH between 5:00 and 5:45am and I'm back to my vehicle by 6:45 to 7:00am.

My pace is typically a mixture of running/walking. Less running on the steeper elevation gains.

If Tuesday or Wednesday mornings are a good time for you to squeeze in an early hike, let me know. Current trailhead start time is about 5:45am.
This is my gym. I have to travel down a bumpy road to get there. There are no treadmillls, no machines, and no personal trainers. I walk..I run..I breathe the fresh air. I can go any time I want, as much as I want and there is no membership fee.
