Injured hiker near Phantom Ranch

This is a bit of old news but his family is asking for financial help so I thought I'd post it.

On Friday August 3, 2012 , Austin Hilkemeyer, 19-year old University of Arizona, Environmental Science Major, was severely injured while enjoying one of his favorite hobbies in the Grand Canyon. During an evening hike from Phantom Ranch at the bottom of the Grand Canyon on the North Kaibab trail, a sudden thunderstorm struck......

That was a bit of truly rotten luck, but a great save by his relative . I hope he makes a full recovery.
