I wonder if GCC has the approval of the Tonto NF (you can't just charge people to give tours on forest land without getting permission to do so ... including giving the FS a cut) or if they're just hoping nobody will notice?

Good point. This whole idea is not for me, but I could see where some people would prefer this type of venue.
