Help make the Arizona Trail a Household Name!
The Arizona Trail Association has created a Speakers Bureau to help get the word out about our fabulous trail! But of course a Speakers Bureau needs speakers! That’s where you come in. As a Speakers Bureau participant you can help educate, encourage, share, promote, and publicize one of the finest scenic trails in America. The best part is you don't need speaking experience - just an enthusiasm and desire to share your experiences and expertise with civic groups, fraternal associations, hiking clubs, conservation groups, and the list goes on.
The Association will train you and provide resources to allow you to visit and present to groups and organizations that would really like to know what the Association and the trail is all about. After all, doesn't everyone recognize such scenic trails as the Appalachian Trail and the Pacific Crest Trail? How many times have you received a blank stare when you mention the Arizona Trail? We need your spirit of volunteerism to make the Arizona National Scenic Trail a Household Name.
Can we count you in? If so, please fill out the Speakers Bureau membership form at http://www.aztrail.org/speakers_bureau.html You will be contacted by our Speakers Bureau Coordinator.
If you have questions about this program, please contact the Speakers Bureau Coordinator at fgaudet(at)bossig.com

Re: Help make the Arizona Trail a Household Name!
In my home and within my circle it IS a "household name", but many of my coworkers are clueless. I'm going to have to look into this some more, thanks!
