"The Motor Vehicle Use Map (MVUM) has been updated for 2013. This map will be available in hard copy on May 1, 2013. The 2013 MVUM replaces the 2012 MVUM and will remain in effect until superseded by next year’s MVUM..The MVUM is the legal document that shows where it is legal to drive a motor vehicle."
