Job for a climber in a very nice part of California

I was thinking one of you climbers could take this link and re-post it onto a climber's forum.

It must be a tough call, this job, because I have seen this ad posted on Craigslist, on and off, since about November. Maybe what happens is that they hire someone, he doesn't work out, so they have to find someone else.

The area where this person lives, Temecula, is very nice, semi-rural, close to a lot of interesting climbing and hiking. Since I have seen the ad several times, I think it is legitimate. Plus it does include a name and phone number.
