That Float Plane
Some of you folks have posted pictures of a Float Plane. While eating lunch at the café at the Payson Airport I noted a brochure about Desert Splash Adventures based out of Scottsdale Airport. It has a float plane that one of the tours is called the Apache Trail Tour and includes a water landing on Roosevelt Lake.

There is a very fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness."

Apache Trail Tour?
Does that mean their going to dip into Canyon Lake and Apache Lake before they land in Roosevelt Lake?

Re: That Float Plane
They operate out of an office near mine at Scottsdale Airport. I have not run into the pilot yet but I am interested to hear what routes they normally do. They fly often enough.
