Humphreys Peak Saturday 5/17/14
I am thinking of doing Humphreys again this Saturday. My normal partner in crime can't make it and it is a long slog to go without talking to someone
Any takers?

Right on. Now, I'll be working and far from Flagstaff, but I like that sound of that.

Hahaha...even if I thought I was ready for this one, it wouldn't do you any good...I can't talk and Hike uphill at the same time even if I was in some kind of shape...You would still have a Hike of Silence, at least one way....

@syoung
I just joined the site.
I am an avid backpacker, and have actually climbed Mt. Humphrey's before successfully to the top with my Nephew.
I need to confirm with my Wife if I can cut away on Saturday, but I would like to be able to get out and hike it.
The last time I hiked it with my Nephew we took 3 days...we hiked up on Saturday morning then base camped at 10,400 ft. Elevation and then Sunday morning climbed to the Peak.
Stayed the night and then returned on Monday Morning.
The only real hard part was it was in Mid October and we had to carry in all of our water which was a chore!

If it was on Sunday then I'd say count me in! (I work Saturday, unfortunately)
