Most economical GPS for downloading HAZ routes

Searching for a GPS that will effectively accept downloaded HAZ routes yet be easy on the eyes. Suggestions? Thanks

I would go with an Android phone. You don't have to activate it or use it as a phone. I think you can get one new for under $50, and probably get an older or used one for free elsewhere.

Download the HAZ Tracks app and go from there.
I'm not sure what my spirit animal is, but I'm confident it has rabies.
