Thinking of attempting the Four Peaks Motherlode and just wondered what the road conditions are; although the rain today has probably changed things. Planning to camp at the Lone Pine TH the night before.

I've never had trouble getting up El Oso in my Sonoma (lower clearance compared to most trucks) except for overheating once-- that sucker is steep ](./images/smilies/eusa_wall.gif "Brick wall")
