I haven't seen this posted yet so I though I would..
Arizona Trail Day and the Colossal Camp-out at Colossal Cave Mountain Park - March 28th!
A full day and night of fun on the Arizona Trail - join us for a hike, bike or horseback ride in the morning. Enjoy lunch and our Outdoor Expo from 12-3 with birds from Wildlife Rehab NW Tucson, Jasmine the Mini-Donkey, a gear swap and booths with information and activities for all ages.
From 3-5 we'll have a trail maintenance event, an archaeology walk and a roundtable where you can share your tales from the trail. The Warrior Hike "Walk off the War" thru-hikers will be in Tucson for Arizona Trail Day.
In the evening relax around the campfire with live music by Eb Eberlein and friends, food by It's Greek to Me and Arizona Trail Ale at La Selvilla Campground.
Free camping and entry to the park for Arizona Trail Day! Please register for activities, food and camping on the Tucson Trail Day page.
Colossal Cave Mountain Park is located 30 minutes east of downtown Tucson in the Gateway Community of Vail. Hope to see you there!
