if you've ever worked with Shawn, you know you've never seen anyone work as hard and as long and as efficient as he. When we did the last work event I thot to myself, "if we had Shawn on our farm/ranch we would have needed at least two less hired hands". His dedication is so very impressive! The award could not have gone to a more deserving person! Congratulations Shawn!
For me, sometimes it's just as much about the journey as the destination.
Oh, and once in awhile, don't forget to look back at the trail you've traveled.
