I was tempted to use the quote "you can't legislate against stupid" in the Echo post, but chose not to since many would find it to be crass and judgmental. I find it interesting that the C2C article starts with the quote "'You can't fix stupid' in big headline type.
I hate the concept of restricting access to many because of the actions of a few.
I think hiring Joe as PSAR is the best solution.
The problem of course is that weeding out the foolish and unprepared is a burden and risk to others.The trail continues to stay open. For some, it's merely a Darwinian tool to weed out the foolish and unprepared.
