"half-bag" sleeping-bags

I am interested in buying an "elephants foot" or "half-bag" sleeping bag. Has anyone ever used any of these models? Where can I find them? I have looked at REI an Popular but they don't have anything but full length bags. The only bag I can find on the net is the Nunatek Akula bag, but I'd be more interested in finding one locally. These bags used to be really popular with climbers and those who needed to reduce thier weight significantly. I would also be interested if anyone knows if there is a pattern or kit available to make it yourself. Thanks anyone...

Not "exactly" what you were hunting, but you'd not need to carry a jacket/parka with this.....

Thank you for both the suggestions. Youre right though, the firsty one is not what I am looking for, though it is awful neat. As for the The north face bag/jacket, I checked into it and it has been discontinued, and there are none available. (but if anyone has one they want to get rid of feel free to contact me)
