Water Cache passage 13

Today we pulled out a water cache (yellow box with black top) that was in the wash near the bridge @ highway 77. We dumped out the muddy water and placed the cache on higher ground. The water and note book inside the box is in good condition. :o

Thanks for your helpfulness. We've checked the water cache many times and never observed this problem. We'll work on it.
