High Five the Arizona Trail for Giving Tuesday
Today, on Giving Tuesday (December 1) the Arizona Trail Association is asking everyone to give a High Five to the Arizona Trail. Think about the experiences you've had on the AZT, then please take a minute to make a donation on the ATA home page at http://www.aztrail.org.
Help us reach our year-end fundraising goal so we can implement some of our dream projects in 2016, including a thorough brushing of the Mazatzal Mountains; new trail construction near Patagonia to get the AZT off paved and dirt roads; getting more youth connected to the Arizona Trail through our Seeds of Stewardship outings; fixing erosion problems along the Mogollon Rim; and much more.
Some corporations will match your donation. To see if your employer is doing this, please go to the Giving Tuesday Double Donations page at https://doublethedonation.com/giving-tuesday/.
If everyone who uses and loves the Arizona Trail just gave $5 we could support all of the needs that go along with maintaining and protecting 800 miles of trail. Please give us a High Five today!
What your High Fives can do for the AZT…
$5
3 new carsonite sign post stickers so we can replace the markers that are peeling off from constant abuse from the elements. Help AZT users find their way!
$5/month ($60)
12 Field Journals for a group of youth participating in the Arizona Trail Seeds of Stewardship program. Help youth connect to the natural wonders in their own backyard and inspire them to become the next generation of trail stewards!
$5/week ($260)
4 new McLeod trail tools. Help us put the right tools into the hands of volunteers to help maintain and protect the AZT!
$5/day ($1,825)
2 steel AZT Super Gates. Help us protect the AZT from motorized abuse in perpetuity – these gates will last many hundreds of years, perhaps longer.
Please help support the Arizona Trail Association and give us a High Five on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at http://www.aztrail.org.

Re: High Five the AZT for Giving Tuesday!
just did my High Five!
For me, sometimes it's just as much about the journey as the destination.
Oh, and once in awhile, don't forget to look back at the trail you've traveled.

Re: High Five the AZT for Giving Tuesday!
Since we are planning on the full AZT thru hike next winter I might as well donate a bit too!
Sirens its kinda odd... Pink jeep here in Tus "maintains" the GV-Tus & Tus-SK segments but they won't match donations?!
I'm going to have a sit down with the bosses
