The hike is in limbo at present. I need to get my. Lemon and the rincons done before snow. Looking at Oracle ridge or east side on 13 - 14 October. I'll be in touch.

I will be going with a young man probably. If you would like to join us I am sure he would be okay with it. I also have a spot if there is anyone you would like notified from time to time of our well being i can do that also. My wife requires the comfort of knowing I am still alive. If I die she wants to know where my equipment is so she can send someone to get it. As she says, it's worth money and i'm biodegradable.

Take extra water for Passage #10. I did that one a few weeks ago and there were no sources of water along the trail except for "the lake" which is incredibly murky. The trail is bone dry. Also overgrown with catclaw.

Now that I know there's water on the Patagonia to Gardner's road I'm looking at hiking it starting Tuesday Oct 4. Anyone wanna join me? Or, is there a trail angel who can meet me at Gardners monday and haul me to patagonia so I can drop off my wheels? :wlift:
