A couple of hundred yards from where the Barbershop Trail traverses Forest Road 321 there is a spring that appears to run perennially. There is a little drainage "creek" that runs through the middle of a meadow with some taller grasses growing in it. Following the moisture upstream you will find the source, a seep tucked up against a hillside below a large pine tree. At the time of this posting there were small pools of water (some quite stagnant) that could be used for filtering if necessary.
