Black Rock Creek is located about halfway between I-70 and Wiolfsville Rd., between Black Rock and Black Rock Gap. It flows westward. The source is about .6 miles southeast of the Appalachian Trail crossing. There is a underground spring, next to the crosing, that feeds into the creek. About 200 yards north of the crossing is a spring box, which also feeds into the creek.
GeolocationFor the sake of uniformity. Creeks, rivers and canyons are mapped where they terminate.
