Never seen this before. Mexican Buckeye.
Mexican Buckeye dazzles with pink flowers in the spring, showy displays of yellow leaves in the fall, and ornamental seed pods that persist into the winter. If all of that is not enough, it is drought tolerant, resistant to cotton root rot, and able to adapt to sun or shade.
