Belt MT. We hit two saloons while here. We enjoyed both. Belt is more or less a suburb of Great Falls.
Settled as a coal camp by Finnish and Slavic immigrants, today Belt is better known for its beer than its coal. (this is where my homesteading family got their coal in the 1920s, 30s)

Belt, Montana is known for its craft beer, the Belt Commercial Historic District on the National Register of Historic Places, and its past as a coal mining and agricultural center settled by immigrants. The town's beer scene, particularly Harvest Moon Brewery, has garnered recent attention, while its historical significance lies in its transition from a mining camp to a more developed area, evident in its architecture.
