Saw what looked like a promising area for Indian ruins on a small bench above the east side of the creek about 0.8 miles downstream from the cabin. This view from that bench shows the lush flat area in the bottom of the canyon that could have been used by the ancients to grow their crops of corn, beans and squash. The next pic shows ruins found a short distance from where this picture was taken.
