We thoroughly enjoyed splashing in the cool clear East Verde River Water after the 1200 ft. scramble downtown from the Mogollon Rim to Washington Park! The kids got all wet in the chilly water! This has to be one of our favorite spots along the Arizona National Scenic Trail at official milepost 481.5
