Trappers Grill, Waterton Village. My trip advisor review: We had dinner after our 4 day backpack trip as I had a hankerin' for trout all the way since Brown's Pass (11.5 hiking miles and a boat ride away). I had seen somewhere that they had great ribs too so that's what we had: smoked trout (the whole fish) and a rack of ribs that we split along with two large beers. The food was exceptional. The chill of the trout with the peskiness of the rib's sauce was just perfect for us. And the service again was exceptional. I would highly recommend this restaurant and I'm getting hungry just thinking about that meal.
