Around Whitefish: the UL is the house we used to live in between 1974-1981. They've changed the outside and added a second story on the garage; that was a good idea I suppose but the house is plenty large inside. The driveway is heated or at least it was. Parking is still not easy but you can't beat the view as it's right on Whitefish Lake and has a boat house.
The LR is where my mom has her store, Northwood Galleries. It was huge inside and still is. The theme of her gallery was "Where East Meets West". My parents travelled a lot so picked up stuff from Hong Kong and the Orient as well as local and traditional western art. Looking back, she should have stayed in Whitefish but she was always trying to broaden her horizons.
The other two pictures give you a sense of this small beautiful little town. And please don't throw anything at your screen but Ryan Zinke is from here.... he went to school with my little brother. Ryan was the first Navy seal to be elected to Congress.
