I wanted to take a closer look at the amazing petroglyph site mentioned by Hansenaz at [ photoset ] -so the following are pix and examinations of what I found.

This is the amazing highlight –a sort of 'altar' or throne, with this panel in the center, a flat boulder below it, boulders flanking either side, and a boulder 'tableau' in front of it, depicting maybe human sacrifice.
