Here's a schemata of that grid. I've marked two primary lines in red –the top line of the horizontal grid, and the bottom of the tilted grid above it. The angle is exactly 23.5 degrees. More on that later. Note also that the verticals of the tilted grid merge into the verticals of the horizontal grid.
