Petroglyphs a short distance above the north side of the creek. An old wagon road passed by the glyphs many years ago. I've followed the faint outlines of this old road - it came up Cave Creek to the 6L Ranch property where it angled up the east side of the canyon where the old rusty Ford pickup is located. It then roughly followed the CC #4 trail to the location of these glyphs. From there it paralleled the north side of the creek and then turned north up a drainage on the north side directly across from the intersection of the Skunk Trail with Trail #4. I suspect this was the old wagon road used to supply the Cartwright Ranch before the current road up Camp Creek to Seven Springs existed. Or it was just used to access the mines on Cramm Mtn.
