Lots and lots of Microseris (yellow flower) and Virginia Pepperweed. The Pepperweed is edible and makes a nice addition to your backpacking meals. It will eventually dry out but is still edible. I found several varieties of the Pepperweed including Lepidium thurberi Wooton so I'm not positive what variety this is.
